Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing & Delivery
All in-stock orders are dispatched within one business day of payment being received, fulfilled through our partner Inospace. We ship nationwide across South Africa via The Courier Guy. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Payment & Dispatch
We dispatch orders only once payment reflects in our bank account — we do not ship on proof of payment. For the quickest delivery, we recommend using an instant / immediate EFT payment so that funds clear without delay.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
Order Tracking
- Once the courier is booked, you will receive your tracking code by email.
- You can track your shipment at any time using the tracking link provided.
- If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days.
Collection
Collection is available from Inospace, but only after your order has been placed, payment has been received, and you have been notified by email that your order is ready for collection. Please do not travel to collect until you have received that confirmation email.
Order Changes & Cancellations
To modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests made after the order has been processed or dispatched may not be accommodated.
Important Notes
- We currently ship within South Africa only.
- Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate. If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information and a reshipment is requested, additional shipping fees may apply.
