Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing & Delivery

All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Somerset West, Western Cape.

We ship nationwide across South Africa via The Courier Guy. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. We offer competitive flat-rate shipping across South Africa.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
• You can track your shipment at any time using the tracking link provided.
• If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days at info@arkenoptics.co.za.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To modify or cancel an order, please contact info@arkenoptics.co.za as soon as possible. Requests made after 12 hours of placing the order may not be accommodated if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Important Notes

• We currently ship within South Africa only.
• Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate. If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information and a reshipment is requested, additional shipping fees may apply.
• Collection from our Somerset West office is available by appointment.
