Returns & Refunds
30-Day Returns
All orders placed on arkenoptics.co.za are eligible for return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Important Notes:
- All returned products must be in original condition and packaging, and include all accessories.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected. Processing may take 2–3 business days, with additional time depending on your bank.
- Returns beyond 30 days from delivery must be approved by Arken Optics and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at info@arkenoptics.co.za with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Wait for us to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with return shipping instructions.
- Ship the product back in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Defective or Quality Issues
If your product fails due to defects or quality issues, we will cover the return shipping cost. All Arken Optics products are backed by a fully transferable lifetime warranty against material and workmanship defects.

Non-Defective Returns
For returns not related to defects, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. Products must still be returned in original condition and packaging, including all accessories.
Eligibility
- Returns and refunds apply only to products purchased from arkenoptics.co.za or Engage Optics.
- Products purchased from unauthorised sellers are not eligible.
- Returns are limited to the original purchaser.
Consumer Protection
This returns policy is subject to the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). You have the right to return goods within 6 months if they are defective, not suitable for purpose, or not as described.
