Arken Optics Lifetime Warranty

All Arken Optics products purchased from Arken Optics SA (arkenoptics.co.za) or Engage Optics (engageoptics.co.za) are covered by a fully transferable Lifetime Warranty for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Arken Optics will repair any defective product at no charge, or replace it with the same or a comparable model if repair is not possible.

Some merchandise, such as T-shirts, is excluded. Proof of purchase is required.

What’s Covered

Arken Optics products are built to perform. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that impair proper function under normal use, such as:

• Optical issues (clarity, zeroing, adjustment)
• Mechanical failures (housing, turrets, knobs, rings, mounts)

Arken Optics will assess each claim and provide repair or replacement when necessary.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Loss, theft, or deliberate damage
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
• Unauthorised disassembly, modification, or repairs

Warranty Eligibility

• This warranty is fully transferable — it follows the product, not the purchaser
• Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty
• Products purchased from unauthorised sellers are not covered
• Product registration is recommended but not required

Digital Night Vision Products

Digital night vision scopes (Zulus series) carry a 2-year warranty from date of purchase. The same conditions apply.

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Submit your claim via our Online Warranty Claims Portal with your contact information, product details, and a description of the issue.
2. Our team will review your claim and contact you with instructions. We’ll arrange courier collection at no charge for valid warranty claims.
3. Your product will be assessed by our authorised service agent. Typical turnaround is 7–14 business days after receipt.

Products returned without authorisation may not be accepted.

Shipping

For warranty claims due to product defects, Arken Optics SA will cover the courier cost for collection and return delivery within South Africa.

Product Registration

While not required for warranty, we recommend registering your product at warranty.arkenoptics.co.za/register for faster claim processing and to receive product updates.

Disclaimer

This warranty is subject to the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Arken Optics reserves the right to modify this warranty policy at any time. This warranty does not limit your statutory rights under the CPA.
